In his annual cult programme at the düsseldorf festival!, Wolfram Goertz, music editor of the ‘Rheinische Post’, deals this time with a seemingly esoteric question: which records does God listen to? What does he enthuse over? What does he dance to? And what does he play in quiet moments? For his audio evening, Goertz plans to prove that God has a broad understanding of culture and owns many records on the shelf at home. A tour d’horizon follows, with a lot of music from Gregorian chants through to the classics Händel, Bach and Mozart to Leonard Cohen, Mireille Mathieu and Jan Delay.
