FAQ Düsseldorf Festival at MEH

Dear guests of the Düsseldorf Festival,
We are very pleased that you are interested in the events of the Düsseldorf Festival. This year everything is a bit different. Despite the current situation, we do our best to create a pleasant and safe festival experience for you. We would like to ask you to visit the websites www.duesseldorf-festival.de and www.mitsubishi-electric-halle.de regularly and especially in the week before the event to inform yourself about the current situation and rules of conduct regarding infection control.
How can I buy tickets for events in the Mitsubishi Electric HALL?
Tickets are available either via our ticket hotline 0211.82 82 66 22 or online here on our website via the respective links to our ticketing partner westticket. The tickets are personalized. For the protection of the visitors and to be able to quickly trace possible infections with the coronavirus SARS-CoV-2, all visitors must bring a completed visitor data collection document with them to the entrance. The document is located as a second page directly behind the ticket.
Can visitors be sure that sufficient precautions have been taken to prevent infection?
The safety of visitors and participants is our top priority. The implementation of the events takes place using a coordinated infection protection concept. The resulting measures are derived from the Corona Protection Ordinance and take into account the developments of the pandemic.
Does the obligation to wear masks apply to the events?
Yes, it is compulsory to wear a mouth and nose protection during the entire stay in the Mitsubishi Electric HALL, this also applies during the event on your seat.
How is the distance requirement ensured in the HALL?
The Mitsubishi Electric HALL is divided into different self-sufficient visitor zones. This means that each zone has its own entrances and exits, sanitary facilities and catering. The visitor areas will be filled according to a "checkerboard pattern" so that there is sufficient distance to the sides and behind the respective areas. We ask all visitors to follow the signs and announcements in the Mitsubishi Electric HALL and to follow the instructions of the security personnel.
Will there be food and drink?
According to current information, there will be a gastronomic offer. In what form and whether it is possible to serve alcohol depends on the occurrence of infection or the current assessment of the authorities. At the gastronomy stands we ask our visitors to pay without cash if possible.
Are there any precautions in the hall in case of a case of corona or suspected corona?
In the event of suspected cases, an initial assessment is carried out by the medical service present. An insulation room is provided for this purpose in the Mitsubishi Electric HALL.
