The theatre collective Pièrre.Vers invites you to an interactive journey to the Düsseldorf of 1938, when the raids that took place at that time went down in history as the November pogroms. The collective adopts various personifications and tells the tragic events from the perspective of contemporary witnesses and eyewitnesses. The multi-layered history becomes visible, audible and tangible at original locations on the street, in flats and in cafés. The reference to the past and to the experiences of Jewish people is linked to the experiences of today's residents, who express their perception of security, identity and belonging.
